Job Title: Account Development Representatives (ADRs)
Key OutPuts:
• Develop/ secure new business opportunities within the assigned area
• Manage development of area accounts
• Support contract Distributor (CD) Customer Representatives in growing accounts by selling new distribution programs
Job Responsibilities:
• Achieve volume plan & new outlet plans
• Follow up on potential new accounts identified by CD sales team and territory development Managers(TDMs)
• Sell all authorized products, packages, presence (equipment) and promotions to new and existing accounts
• Coordinate execution and equipment deliveries for new assigned accounts
• Obtain best selling position in all accounts
Qualifications and Skills required
• A Bachelors degree in Business Administration (Marketing) or any other related field
• One year’s working experience preferably in FMCG industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Well organized, self driven and dedicated
• A high degree of integrity
• Persuasive and assertive
The desired person should be below 25 years of age and ready to work in any part of the country
