Job Title: Territory Development Managers

Key Outputs:
• Grow sales volume, revenue, and profitability by developing existing accounts and securing new accounts in an assigned territory
• Develop the market by selecting, coaching and training the territory team

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop territory plans aimed at achieving Crown Beverages Limited (CBL) business goals
• Achieve agreed monthly sales targets
• Grow sales by effective supervision and development of contract Distributors (CDs) and account Development Representatives (ADRs)
• Ensure proper allocation, utilization and maintenance of company marketing equipment
• Effective coaching of the team under supervision

Qualifications and Skills Required
• A bachelors Degree preferably in Business Administration or Commerce (Marketing)
• Professional qualification in Marketing (CIM) will be an added advantage
• Two years working experience preferably in FMCG industry
• High degree of integrity
• Persuasive and assertive
• A valid and clean driving permit
• The desired person should be below 30 years of age and ready to work in any part of the country and the great lakes region
