Age: 25 years and above

Reporting to the Outgrowers Superintendent, the successful applicant’s duties will be:
• Supervising land preparation, planting upkeep, harvesting and delivery activities to enable farmers achieve good yields
• Supervising subordinate staff particularly tractor operators and field assistant while performing their duties to satisfactorily achieve the established standard tasks

Qualifications and Experience:
Applicants should have the following:
• A Diploma in crop Production obtained from a recognized agricultural College
• A minimum of at least 2 years experience
