Job Title: Outgrowers Supervisor (Cane Inspection) out growers

Age: 25 years and above

Reporting to the Outgrowers Superintendent, the successful applicant’s duties will be:
• Checking the quality of cane to be delivered and confirming whether it conforms to the stipulated standards
• Checking farmers permits for validity of the date on which they are supposed to supply cane to the company and verify all the requirements
• Advising farmers on harvesting quality cane, permit validity and oversupply cases, and advising them on how to rectify such anomalies

Qualifications and Experience:
Applicants should have the following:
• A diploma in Crop Production obtained from a recognized Agricultural college
