Job Title: Contracts Manager
Reports to: Overall planning, acquisition of jobs, preparation and implementation of business plan and projects to ensure quality works, profitability and expansion of business programs

Job Duties:
• Handle all contractual issues of projects
• Pursue an aggressive policy to market the company services and acquire new jobs
• Assess company capability to successfully bid for various jobs in terms of personnel, plant and machinery, financial resources and previous accomplishments
• Negotiate contracts, memorandum of understanding and business agreements with clients
• Supervise prompt preparation and submission of payment statements as and when due

Qualifications:
• Must possess a basic degree in engineering and preferably a registered civil engineer.
• Post graduate qualification in business management, construction management or project management
• Should have at least 6 years contract or project management experience in construction industry with proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
