Age: 35 years and above
Reporting to the Construction Superintendent the successful applicant’s duties will be:
• Supervising all painting work and sign writing on the estate
• Preparing bills of quantities of materials and tools
• Maintaining accurate records of all paints and materials used for every painting assignment

Qualifications and Experience:
• Advanced Craft Certificate in Painting and Decoration
• A minimum of at least 10 years in a related field
