Job Title: WASH Project Manager- Northern Uganda
The WASH Project Manager will manage GOAL’s water, sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) Programme, and develop project staff in environmental and engineering fields in order to achieve GOAL’s programme objectives
Essential Requirements:
• University Degree in Public Health or related discipline
• Minimum of two years actual project management experience with a strong focus on hygiene promotion and capacity building
• At least 4 years working experience in an NGO or similar WASH environment
• Excellent communication, computer and report writing skills
• Experience in working with implementing partners

Desirable:
• A technical undergraduate degree, preferably Civil or structural Engineering
• Msc in water and Environmental management, behavior change, water management, water and waste engineering or similar
• Experience of capacity building a partner/ pump mechanics associations extremely desirable
