Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Be the overall in-charge of the branch
• Be the business growth leader at the branch
• Ensure implementation of the institutional strategy at the branch levels
• Ensure branch compliance to policies and procedures
• Works closely with WV staff to ensure integration of programs and timely reporting

Qualifications:
• University degree from a reputable University plus 3 years experience in a microfinance
• Christian centric
