Job Title: Program Manager pm re-advertised

Lead the effective planning, coordination and management of EAs programs consistent with the organizations strategic plan
Promote the coherent and effective application and implementation of EA’s strategies
Develop and maintain linkages with government and non – governmental institutions program
Spear head policy engagements initiatives and national level
Strengthen team work within structures for effective realization of program out comes
Lead EA’s engagement in relevant national level
Responsible gender integration into EA’S Programs
Play an active role in program development and resource mobilization
Essential requirements
Relevant masters Degree in (agriculture , natural resources , rural development is a minimum requirements
At least five years experience in development work , with 3 years successful experience in a senior position in an NGO with demonstrated achievements in implementations of development programmes
A good understanding of uganda’s natural resources and agriculture policy and policy processes and excellent skills in policy analysis
Experience in monitoring and evaluation
Computer literacy is a must
Duty station
Kampala office located in kabalagala with frequent travels to EA ‘S areas in the rest in the country
