Job Specifications
• Use of network troubleshooting tools
• Building and maintaining a variety of servers
• Exposure to service providers eg Dell, HP Support logging procedures
• Check that systems are complete and meet specifications as required
• Manage and document the system change process
• Support front and backend applications
• Maintaining of existing reports
