Introduction
• We are recruiting a Desktop Support Technician for a growing company
Minimum Requirements
• N+ and A+ Certification an advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Working knowledge of the latest MS software and hardware in a corporate environment an advantage
Job Specifications
• Serve as part of the Desktop Support team: resolving desktop calls.
• Contribute to the knowledge base for support technicians.
• Assist the team with technical investigations.
• Diagnose, repair, replace parts, and test all computer hardware and associated peripherals.
• Install, maintain and diagnose all software related incidents.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to act in Team Supervising role, when required.
• Exceptional communication and verbal skills and a strong sense for documentation and accuracy.
• Be able to work under pressure.
