Job Title: Customer Services Manager
Introduction
• We are currently looking for a candidate that can provide consistently high quality Customer Service delivery within service standards
Minimum Requirements
• Senior Certificate and advantage
• Knowledge of company business, policies and processes
• Managerial experience in a Call Centre or similar
Job Specifications
• Identify the customer needs by listening, questioning appropriately and presenting products/services which best meets those needs
• Strive to resolve customer contact live, set date and time commitment to resolve it
• Make decisions promptly and independently while being consistent with organisational values
• Must be able to prioritise and manage own time effectively during busy periods
