Minimum Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Call Centre or similar position
• Admin Experience
Job Specifications
• Serve as part of the team resolving certain queries in a Call Centre
• Contribute to the smooth running of the call Centre
• Assist the team with investigations.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Exceptional communication and verbal skills and a strong sense for documentation and accuracy.
• Be able to work under pressure.
