Job Title: Information Manager
Location: Kampala and mobilized to Lake Albert, construction sites if required

Primary function:
Responsible for the management, implementation and coordination of information during the set up of the company

Responsibilities:
•    Responsible for the overall management, implementation, and coordination of the information set up
•    Responsible for the establishment of information/communication systems in line with existing CNOOC IT infrastructure
•    Responsible for examining and reporting the budget of the information set up project, and controlling the procedures and Implementation of the plan

Requirements:
•    Bachelors Degree or above in Information Management, Computer Science or equivalent
•    Minimum 5 years working experience in the oil industry

Knowledge:
•    Extensive knowledge in information technology and databases
•    Extensive knowledge of project management
