Job Title: Senior Competitiveness Analyst
The SCA will undertake the following tasks

• undertake studies to inform development of competitiveness priorities and policy
• Provide research and analytical leadership and quality assurance for the secretariat outputs
• Coordinate the development of quarterly and annual work plans and performance reports 
• Provide leadership in the production of the secretariats research reports and policy briefs
• Coordinate the annual national competitiveness forum

Expected Core Competencies

• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Report writing and communication skills
• Ability to facilitate meetings
• Knowledge and experience of project monitoring and evaluation

Required Qualifications:

• MBA or Masters degree in economics, Statistics, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of business strategy development
