Finance Officer Job Vacancy at Centenary Bank in Uganda

Job Title: Trade Finance Officer
Reports to: Manager International Department

Key Result Areas
•    Receive all inward/ Export an Outward/  import letters of credit, construct Swift Messages on all Letters of Credit, construct Swift messages on all new outward LCs and promptly collect charges
•    Check trade finance documents to ensure conformity to terms & conditions of  the contract and Trade Finance Regulations
•    Generate report metrics capturing business volumes, values, commissions and trens across all Trade Finance Reports
Required Qualifications, Competencies and Experience:
•    Honors degree in commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics and other related courses
•    3 years experience in Trade Finance related activities in a banking environment
•    Strong knowledge of trade finance products
