A leading composite insurance company in East Africa is in need of commission-based marketing executives.

The ideal candidate must meet the following personal specifications;

    A good Bachelors degree or more
    Honest, ethical, professional, high achiever
    Effective communication and presentation skills with fluency in English
    Good people and interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain business networks
    Excellent time-management
    Successful working experience in sales, marketing, research or other relevant professions will be an added advantage


Responsibility

    Identify markets and schedule meetings with potential clients.
    Provide a consultative approach to create innovative solution(s) that best fit the needs of each individual client.
    Develop, grow and manage key accounts in the corporate market
    Develop and manage strong relationships with clients and earn their trust
    Submit weekly reports and avail status updates to the unit leader
