Job Title: Chief  Manager   Business Growth
Centenary  Bank ,  the  leading  Commercial  Microfinance  Bank in Uganda  seeks to  recruit  suitably  qualified , experienced  and  competent  persons.
Reports to; General  Manager  Business Development  & Marketing.

Key  Areas
•    Set  targets  and  generate   new business  to achieve  defined sales  targets in  liabilities  and assets to grow  market share in line with the  banks  strategic  direction .
•    Recommended  changes required  to meet  target customers ‘  expectations whilst fully in compliance  with  Bank policies .
•    Analyze   and monitor  market  potential  and trends , determine the value  of existing  and potential customers  and provide integrated   product  solutions to particular customer needs  and segments in line  with the banks  policies

Qualifications
•    A  Bachelors degree  Honors  Degree  in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, and  other related disciplines.
•    At least  6  years experience  in business  development , marketing  and sales 3 of which   at a managerial  level  in a large  financial  institution.
•    Working  Experience  in SME  or Corporate banking  will be  of added advantage
