Job Title:  Purchasing Officer
ACF seeks to hire a highly competent, dynamic and experienced Capital Purchasing Officer, based in Kampala.

Responsibilities include:
•    Receive all the PRs coming from bases or the department
•    Organize the deliverly of the items by ensuring the Delivery note is filled as required and update the procurement Follow up and stock following and respecting ACF procurement procedures according to thresholds and standards
•    Priotizing the procurement of all duly approved current and pending orders in a timely fashion
•    Organize the payment of suppliers

Maching Indicators:
•    University degree in logistics/ procurement or related area
•    One year relevant experience with an international NGO
•    Able to set own deadlines and meet them
•    Good communications, teamwork spirit, transport skill
