The job holder will be responsible for the procurement of New & Renewal Group Business premiums that include Group Life, Group Creditor, Group Funeral & Pension Business.

Key Responsibilities include:

    Build and maintain a profitable Group Business portfolio countrywide
    Recruit a dedicated Sales Team to specifically procure Group business
    Achieve the  approved Sales  performance benchmarks
    Develop reward based incentives for the intermediaries in our distribution network
    Initiate Market development & penetration strategies countrywide
    Develop joint planning initiatives with our business partners
    Establish product awareness campaigns for the business partners in our distribution network
    Ensure optimal utilization of all available Company resources in all areas of management, Agency development training and customer service.
    Any other duties assigned

Academic & professional qualifications

A good university degree is a basic requirement plus a Diploma in Sales & Marketing is very essential.

Minimum years of experience required for the job

At least 3 years working experience in procuring Corporate Business with a proven track record in performance.
