Job Title: Officer IT Support
Uganda Development Bank  would like to employ  suitable qualified applicants  to fill the above position .
Responsibilities
•    Research  and recommend innovative , and where  possible  automated approaches .
•    Assist with technology  planning  through ongoing research.
•    Field  incoming help  requests from  end users  via both telephone  and work orders in a  courteous manner.
•    Document all  pertinent  end user  identification ,including name, department , contact information, and  nature  of problem  or issue.

Qualifications
•    BSc   or  equivalent
•    Systems and database  administration/engineer certification  in  Unix, cisco  or  Microsoft.

Experience
•    A minimum  of 5 years  experience  in a similar position(s)
