Job Title: Loan Monitoring and Resource Officer
Uganda Development Bank  would like to employ  suitable qualified applicants  to fill the above position .
Responsibilities
•    Develop and review   project  monitoring  and  recovery  procedures  and strategies  from time to time  in line with the  Banks  policy  on lending  and collections  and recoveries
•    Work closely with  Project Managers  in  ensuring  that funds  disbursed  are utilized for  the intended  project purposes  and report any deviations  to this nor to the Manager Credit
•    Carry out  post implementation  reviews  of  all  projects to ensure projects are meeting the criteria  and  milestones  set  during  the  credit structuring /underwriting process .
•    Monitor periodic  compliance to loan  converts  and ensure all assets mortgaged  to the Bank are  ensured  and valued  periodically.

Qualifications
•    A first degree  preferably in Commerce /Business  Studies /Quantitative  Economics/Statistics/Engineering /Law  or any related  field  with a minimum  of a  second class  lower.
•    A relevant  post graduate  qualification in Project Planning  and  Management , monitoring  and Evaluation is desired.
Experience
•    Project Planning  and management  skills.
•    Monitoring  and Evaluation skills
•    Debt collection  and  recoveries  skills
•    Good credit  analytical  skills
