Risk & Compliance Manager Job at Uganda Development Bank

Job Title: Manager  Risk &  Compliance
Uganda Development Bank  would like to employ  suitable qualified applicants  to fill the above position .
Responsibilities
•    Establish and review  corporate  wide risk  management  framework  in line  with the  best  practice
•    Develop and review  procedures for reporting  major risks  facing  the  Bank  in  line with  the  Bank’s  Risk Management  procedures
•    Regularly  visit  business  units  of the  Bank  and meet with  senior executives  to promote  imbedding  risk management  into the culture  and daily activities  of the Bank  in line  with the  best practice .
•    Maintain a cost  benefit focus on Enterprise Risk  Management  in the Bank

Qualifications
•    An Honors Degree in Commerce/Business Studies /Economics  plus a  Masters  Degree  in Business Administration
•    A professional  qualification  such as  ACCA/CPA/CIMA   would be  desirable . A relevant  post graduate  qualification  in Risk analysis.

•    Leadership  and supervisory  skills

•    Good presentation  skills
•    Passion/ Self motivation
