Job Title: Human Resource  Officer
Mildmay  Uganda  is an  HIV/AIDS  treatment  and training  centre also providing  technical  support for Ministry  of Health  Systems to scale  up comprehensive  HIV/AIDS  Services in  16  districts of Central  Uganda .
Job Summary
•    Will support implementation  of the various  Human  Resource functions  , policies  and programs  at  Mildmay Uganda .
•    S/he  will also  support the HR management  function for  Mildmay Uganda ‘s  recruited health  workers  in the  districts  of operation.
Requirements
•    A  Bachelors Degree   in Humanities  and post graduate diploma in HR  Practice.
•    Experience in  supporting  HR  function of  outstation teams is desirable .
•    S/he must have demonstrable  knowledge of  computerized  HR  Information  systems,  employment  legislation  and good  communication and  interpersonal skills .
•    Successful candidate  will be  willing  to travel upcountry.
