Job Title: Senior  Quality  Improvement  Advisor
The  University Research  Co . LLC   Centre for Human Services  is  inviting to employ  suitable candidates  to fill the vacant post .
Duties
•    Support development  and timely submission  of work plans  and budgets .
•    Hold regular activities  to asses  and build  necessary  competencies .
•    Support the submission  of quality and accurate  technical reports  quarterly  , biweekly  and  at all  other requested times.
•    In  collaboration  with the  Monitoring  and Evaluation  team ensure  that  data  collected  is accurate  and valid  and captures process  and outcome indicators.
Qualifications
•    Degree in  Medicine  and registered  with the Ugandan Medical   and  Dental  practitioners  Council
•    Post graduate  degree  in Health  related field  preferably  Public  Health and/or  Pediatrics .
•    Demonstrated ability  to manage  projects from start  up to  successful completion.
•     Experience  in  Quality  Improvement  approaches  .
•    Experience in clinical  training  of service  providers.
