Job Title: Senior  Programmer
Management  Sciences for  Health  is an  international  non-profit , public health  organization  with headquarters  in USA, whose  purpose is to  strengthen  health programs worldwide .
Responsibilities
•    Develop  new  applications  from beginning  to end .
•    Intergrate  Laboratory information into  DHIS  2
•    Design and maintain  enterprise  architecture for  CPHL
•    Gather  user requirements  and develop  databases
•    Develop  documentation , train  users  and super  users ,  and set up helpdesk
Qualifications
•    Bachelors  degree  in Computer  Science  or a related field
•    Minimum  5 years  experience  in design and development  of  applications and  databases
•    Experience in gathering  user requirements  and information  analysis
•    Able to collaborate  and  communicate  at a senior level  with the other  and donor  entities  and develop policies
•    Ability to apply  technical  standards , principals , theories and  techniques
