Job Title: Head Quality Assurance
NARO Uganda  is  seeking for qualified  applicants  for the vacant  vacancy  above.
Tasks
•    Ensure research  programs ,services  and  processes  meet agreed standards ;
•    Maintain  a database of agricultural  research  service  providers
•    Ensure that  the  vetting  process  for the  competitive  grant awarding  process  compiles  with agreed  standards  and guidelines .
Requirements
•    At least  Masters  Degree  in the  field of natural sciences  or  social economics. Possession  of a  PhD  will be  an added advantage .
•    Broad  understanding of the  role  of agricultural research  in  agriculture  and rural  development .
•    At least  10  years  experience  in  agricultural  research  management  at a senior  level .
•    Demonstrated  leadership  qualities  as well  as team building  and  administrative  skills.
