Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Officer
NARO Uganda is  seeking for qualified  applicants  for the vacant  vacancy  above.
Tasks
•    Develop  , disseminate   and  update  quality assurance  standards  and guidelines for the  management  and  delivery  of  research  services
•    Design and  implement  quality  management   training  programs  for  scientists  and  technicians .
•    Develop  guidelines  for  SOP  preparation, approval , tracking  ,  review  and  archival;
•    Develop  a system  for  monitoring  compliance  with agreed standards;
Qualifications
•    A  masters  degree   in  biological  sciences , agricultural  economics, agribusiness  or  Business  Administration.
•    Minimum  of five  years  of relevant  quality  planning  and  management  experience in a busy organization
•    Experience in training on and  standards  and quality  compliance.
•    Proven  experience  and ability to manage people  , processes  and  technology.
