Job Title: Program Results Manager
The People Performance Group is recruiting qualified candidates for the vacant  position above.
Responsibilities
•    Realignment of grantee   project results  with  IDF  strategic goals  and  objectives.
•    Implement  M&E  policies  , establish  performance  frameworks  and  M&E   Plans  to facilitate periodic  project reviews , monitoring ,  impact  assessments  and reporting .
•    Monitor and validate  data collection,  correlation , storage  , analysis  and reporting  on indicators .
•    Participate in proposal development and resource mobilization  efforts  of IDF.
Requirements
•    Degree in social  sciences or  a related  discipline .
•    Minimum of five years  of relevant professional  experience .
•    Experience  with  M&E   systems  design and  implementation .
•    Experience with civil  society /NGO  sector  a plus , especially  with  human  rights  and  advocacy  programs or organizations.
