Job Title: Program Support  Manager

The People Performance Group is recruiting  qualified  candidates  for the vacant  position above.
Responsibilities
•    Lead  the  process  of review , technical  and financial  assessment  of the  grant  applications
•    Make recommendations  on the  eligibility  of applications  for grants  as per  the  IDF   grant  management  policy  and procedures  and donor  guidelines
•    Identify organizational  capacity  gaps  of the  grantees  and coordinate  appropriate capacity development  interventions
•    Receive  grantee funds  requests  and authorize  processing  of grant  transfers .
Requirements
•    A degree in social  sciences or related field  from  a reputable  institution .
•    Post graduate  qualification  is an advantage
•    At least  5 years in a  relevant  professional  experience .
•    Experience  in grants  program  support  is a must.
