Job Title:  Finance  Manager
National  Centre  for  State  Courts  NCSC is  recruiting  qualified candidates for the  vacant vacancy above.
Job Summary
•    The  Finance  Manager  will  perform  general  accounting  duties  including  payroll administration , reporting  and  reconciliation of  office  expenses  and overall  financial  administration   of the  office .
Qualifications
•    Competitive  candidates  will  possess;
•    A  University  degree  in business  administration  , management  , finance  or  other  related  degree;
•    At  least  five  years  of  substantive  financial  management  experience ;
•    Financial  management  experience  with  USAID  funded  projects ;
•    Proven  proficiency  in Microsoft  Excel
