SUMMARY

Regional Reporting Specialist is primarily responsible for development of reports for subsidiaries of FINCA providing financial services.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Develop new reports;
    Fix existing reports when deficiencies are discovered;
    Support reporting platforms used by the company;
    Monitor quality of reports developed;
    Assess complexity and provide time estimation for reports development;
    Collect business requirement for new reports;
    Conduct gap analysis of new requirements against existing reports;

QUALIFICATIONS



4  years of experience in software development and/or reporting in financial services or banking area.



Proven experience working with Oracle databases and reporting tools.



Knowledge of Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL).



Experience of work in software development companies is an advantage



Strong knowledge in banking operations and accounting is an advantage



Knowledge of Microsoft reporting services is an advantage



Education & Experience            

Bachelor’s Degree in technical or Computer science, Master’s degree is a plus



Language Skills

Fluency in English is required.

Fluency in French is a plus.

Be able to setup priorities and make decisions under stress conditions.



Computer Skills                                                    



Microsoft Windows, Microsoft office products: Word, Excel, Visio
