Job Title: Sales  Managers

Multinational  Veterinary  Pharmaceutical Company  is seeking  to recruit  experienced  candidates  for the vacant  position above.
Job Purpose
•    Shall  report  to the  Regional  Sales  Director  and  will be  responsible  for developing , implementing  and managing  the  sales  business strategy   and 
•    Activities  in order to  meet the Company’s  objectives  for  business  retention , growth  and  profitability .
Skills
•    A  Degree  in  Veterinary  Medicine or  an  equivalent  qualification from  a  reputable  institution
•    1  to  3  years  experience  in sales  proven  leadership   within the  pharmaceutical  industry
•    Proven  track  record  in managing  and   directing   a  highly  skilled  , motivated  , successful  and  results-oriented  sales  team .
•    Strong  leadership  , communication  , negotiation  and  interpersonal  skills
•    Ability  to operate in a  fast-paced  and  changing  market  environment
•    Willing  to travel  and work  in rural  parts of  Uganda
