Job Title:  Communication   Officer 
The   Ministry of Gender, Labour   and   Social   Development   is recruiting  qualified candidates  for the vacant position  mentioned;
Specifications
•    An  Honors  Bachelors  Degree  in Mass Communication  /Journalism  from  a recognized  institution .
•    A postgraduate  qualification  in Communications,  Media  and or  Public  Relations  would  be an  added  advantage
•    Three  year experience  in a related field
•    Should  demonstrate  solid  verbal  and writing  skills 
•    Solid  knowledge  of  publishing   and on-line  communication  software  packages 
•    Proven  extensive  networks  within  the media  fraternity  at various  levels 
•    A good  aptitude  and ability  to work  at own  initiative  under  tight  deadlines
•    Flexibility  ability  to multi-task  and work  innovatively 
•    Ability  to freely  interact  with  and influence  people  at  various  levels
•    Computer  knowledge  is a  must .
