Job Title: Clinic Manager

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for organizing and coordinating the day to day activities of the clinic
• Responsible for ensuring quality of patient care, liaises with medical team and administration to improve qualify of patient care as well as providing support services to discordant couples
• Ensures availability and safe storage of clinic supplies; Receipts, Issues, and maintenance of stores Ledger
• Supervises Nurses and Counselors
• Responsible for the daily petty cash expenses at the clinic and ensures proper accountability for the funds,

Educational Qualifications and experience
• BSC Nursing , Registered Nursing, Diploma in Nursing from a recognized Institution
• Should be registered with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives
• At least three years experience in a research setting;
• Certificate in HIV/AIDS Counseling from a recognized Institute.
• Fluency in Lusoga and Swahili is an added advantage.

Other requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
Should be fluent in oral and written English
Should be a highly motivated person and should be able to work under a high workload;
Competent in the use of standard office software;
Ability to work in a team but also work independently

Compensation:
Compensation for these positions will be commensurate with train¬ing and experience.
