Position: Inspectors
(Salary Scale UNBS 6)
Reporting to Senior Inspector, the Inspector will be responsible for the following duties; Undertake planning and operation of UNBS Quality Assurance Programmes of Inspection, quality conformity within UNBS mandate; assist in the establishing and implementing a system for routine sampling and testing ; of customer site products; provide training and advisory stakeholders on mailers related to standards implementation

Qualifications and other requirements
• A good University Degree in -Chemistry, Biology, \Food science, Food Technology. Engineering or any other science related qualification from a recognized
• Must be computer literate with skills in MS Word. Excel, Power Point, and Internet applications. quality control, Standards Development or Laboratory
Testing at graduate level.
• Minimum 2 years experience in quality Assurance or any quality control,Standards Development or Laboratory Testing at graduate level.

The successful candidate needs to be a team player, an excellent communicator with good oral communication and presentation skills
