Job Title: Business Development /Public Relations and Marketing Manager


Specific responsibilities include:-
• Prepare an activity plan for each year and ensure that it is followed through the year.
• Uphold customer service quality in delivery channels to PML customers.
• Drive growth of balance sheet by ensuring that the listed reports are attracting
deposits and on lend them to meet set targets.
• Play a leading role in the creation of strategic alliances to grow PML's business.
• Build product / service awareness in the general public but with specific focus in identified segments whilst reinforcing Brand
• Pride position in the market.
• Stimulate demand for PML products / services through the provision of products / services knowledge to both existing customers and the general public.
• Take a lead in the development of an integrated programme of products/ services promotion and Brand Pride building operations in line with PML's Brand guidelines.
• Supervisory activities which may include carrying out branch visits and offering training within the PML Network.

Minimum Academic Qualification

He / She should posses a Masters degree in a business field from a reputable Institution. Other professional qualifications in public added advantage.
At least 5 years hands-on experience and proven skills in marketing, branding, public relations or product development and research at a managerial level, preferably with a reputable financial institution or marketing services firm.

Person Specifications:
• Should be a strategic thinker with high degree of innovativeness, creativity and ambition. Should have strong business and analytical skills.
• Should have a high degree of integrity, excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and must be able to meet deadlines.
• Should not be more than 35 years of age.
