Job Title:TRAINEE ELECTRICAL TECHNICAL OFFICERS

Umeme is not only looking to bringing a fresh approach to power service delivery but we are also looking at bringing a fresh approach to careers too. Umeme is looking to engage with Trainee Electrical Technical Officers qualified with Higher or Ordinary Diplomas from recognized institutions. We are looking for young graduates of not more than 27years. The candidates should be very willing to undergo a tailor made intensive programme with high levels of integrity and positive attitudes. They should be willing to be stationed in any of Umeme offices including upcountry offices. The Trainees will be orientated for about one year in all Umeme Operations for them to gain a good understanding of the business. It will be hands on approach supported and guided by qualified and experience Technical Managers, Mentors and colleagues. Because we want to develop people with talent and share our passion for excellent power service delivery; the Trainees will need to have achieved at least a credit or distinction in Maths, English and Physics and in possession of a full driving/riding license.
