Job Title: Agricultural Advisory Service Provider.

Location:

Butaleja, Busolwe, Budumba, Nawanjofu, Mazimasa, Kachonga, Busaba, Naweyo, Himutu, sub counties.



Duties and responsibilities:

-         Advise and provide information and knowledge to the farmers on improved methods of farming and agricultural practices on full time basis the AASP will develop work plans with the sub county farmers’ forum fro NAADS activities.

-         Collection of agricultural data statistics.

-         To advise and provide information to farmers on the mobilization of resources including accesses to credit.

-         Pests and disease surveillance.







Qualifications:

A minimum of a diploma in agriculture for crop husbandry, a diploma in veterinary for animal husbandry and a diploma n aquaculture from recognized institutions.
