Job Title:  Executive Director

Key Results Areas:

-         Initiate the development and review of policies for the organization’s physical, human and financial resources.

-         Ensure the proper management of the funds and property of the Authority.

-         Initiate and pursue the development of the Authority’s strategic planning and identity opportunities for its commercial strengthening in line with the Authority’s vision.



Qualifications:

-         Honours degree in Forestry.

-         Postgraduate degree in the relevant professional field from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.



Work experience, knowledge, skills and personal attributes:

-         At least 10 years of work experience at a senior managerial level in a large or medium-sized organization in the private or public sector.

-         Excellent oral and written communication skills.

-         Proven thorough knowledge of investment principles in a dynamic and successful concern.

-         Ability to initiate and manage and change in an organization.

-         proven excellent skills in administration , fundraising and lobbying.

-         Good interpersonal, team building and organizational skills.

-         High integrity.



Age:  At least 40 years of age.
