Job Title: Human Resource & Administration Manager.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Head the Administration and HR functions of the company.
- Act as Minute Secretary to Board of Governors meetings.
- Ensure adherence to Human Resource policies and regulations.
- Manage the company’s resources.
- Oversee issues relating to staff welfare.
- Direct, control and co-ordinate administrative matters.
- Supervise and appraise subordinate officers.
- Maintain and update relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications and experience:
- Age between 35-45 years.
- A Bachelors Degree in Arts or Social Science plus a Post Graduate Diploma Administration or Human Resource Management fro a recognized university or institution.
- A Masters Degree in any of the above mentioned areas will be an added advantage.
- At least5 years relevant working experience in Administration or Human Resource Management from a reputable organization.
