Sponsor Relations Supervisor Jobs Vacancy in Lango

Job Title: Sponsor Relations Supervisor.
Reports to: Board Chairperson.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality assurance in sponsorship processes and procedures in line with standard operating procedures.
- Support the capacity building strategies of the community and program activities.
- Management of sponsorship correspondences.
- Oversee the management of sponsorship quota in the area.
- Participate in monitoring and evaluation of the community leadership structures and staff.

Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Social Work and Social Administration, Social Science, Community Development or related fields from a recognized institution. A degree is highly desirable.
- At least 3 years of experience in handling sponsorship.
- Excellent oral and written communication skill.
- Proven skills in data analysis.
- Computer proficiency in MS office.
- Ability and willingness to work in a rural setting.
- Ensures high level of quality and customer service.
- Ability and willingness to mentor others.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- 25-35 years.
