Production Manager

Job Title: Production Manager

Department: Operations

Location : Kampala



Responsibilities/ Key Objectives:

- To provide leadership, motivation and manage the production team to help deliver the operations strategy while ensuring a safe working environment and maximization of the producing assets.

- Interfere with the project development teams with regards to the management of all technical interfaces ensuring resources are assigned / deployed in an optimal manner.

- Manage contracted outsourced production services.

- Report production volumes and activities.

- Accountable for field operations budgeting.

- Forecast production rates in conjunction with subsurface engineers.



Experience and Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in geosciences/engineering/project management.

- 10-15 years of overall experience in oil and gas operations with a minimum of 5 years in a production facility.

- Offshore and onshore production experience.

- Management of oil and gas production operations.
