Job Title: Windows NT Server Administrator -
Salary1.8M - 2.5M Net
the person will manage Microsoft Windows 2000/2003, Active Directory Infrastructure and Environment to support the Enterprise Directory and all kind of windows servers.

the main scope of your responsibilities will includes System Admin whereby the main role is the maintenance of servers, AD, Exchange 2003, Windows 2000 servers. The role will be:

responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of the organization's NT operating systems and all related systems and software.

to provide best practice support services for the systems under Enterprise Support Services (ESS) management responsibility.

to maintain, tune and patch systems for optimum performance and security.

to ensure changes are planned and implemented in a sound low risk manner, without creating system outages.

to provide implementation support for Enterprise Support Services (ESS) to approved projects, when appointed to a project.

to prepare and maintain key team support documents.

to provide on-call support and participate in 24 x 7 roster rotation groups.

to assist Service Management and Application teams in solving intermittent recurring problems.

to provide solutions architecture advise (where qualified / experienced to do so).

to provide Technical Project Management (where experience and asked to do so).

to provide support for costing solutions (hardware, software, and implementation labour), (where experienced and / or being coached in doing so).
