Job Title: Relation Officers

Role:
• Identify new FINCA clients, mobilize, train and retain clients of FINCA through providing financial expertise and support.
• To mobilize and sensitize potential clients.
• To train clients about FINA Uganda Products.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Manage client relationships by maintaining the company customer service standard.

Requirements:
• A degree from a recognized institution or an equivalent.
• Valid, driving or riding license is an added advantage.
• Ability to work anywhere in the country.
• Have good command of English knowledge of an additional language will be an advantage.
