Job Title: Savings Manager

Role:
• In charge of the Savings portfolio performance.
• Accountable for overseeing the implementation of a major savings initiative.
• Direct responsibility for complying with budgets and work plans.
• Ensure that activities are properly sequenced through planning and implementation.

Added Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• A Masters degree in Economics or Finance is of an added advantage.
• At least 5 years experience at senior level in a related field with a reputable organization.



Job Title:Regional Manager

Role:
• Head if the Regional management team and supervises a cluster of branches.
• Responsible for driving business growth initiatives and ensure value for money implementation through effective planning.

Requirements:
• Business related degree from a recognized institution or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 3 years work experience in a recognized micro-finance institution or commercial bank with at least two year’s experience at Branch manager level or other acceptable supervisory capacity.
• Understanding of the credit underwriting process.
• Excellent customer service skills.



Job Title:Branch Manager

Role:
• Responsible for planning, coordinating and managing the business growth and development of the branch.

Requirements:
• A business related degree from a recognized institution or equivalent qualifications.
• At least one year’s experience at supervisory level.
• Excellent organizational, managerial and communication skills.
• Understanding of the credit underwriting process.

Job Title:Relation Officers

Role:
• Identify new FINCA clients, mobilize, train and retain clients of FINCA through providing financial expertise and support.
• To mobilize and sensitize potential clients.
• To train clients about FINA Uganda Products.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Manage client relationships by maintaining the company customer service standard.

Requirements:
• A degree from a recognized institution or an equivalent.
• Valid, driving or riding license is an added advantage.
• Ability to work anywhere in the country.
• Have good command of English knowledge of an additional language will be an advantage.



Job Title:Internal Auditor

Role:
• Responsible for efficient audit of all areas of FINCA Uganda activities.
• Valid driving or riding license is an added advantage.
• Ability to work anywhere in the country.
• Have good command of English; knowledge of an additional language will be an advantage.

Requirements:
• B.Com/ BBA degree and part qualified in either certified Internal Auditor or Certified Public Accountants.
• At least two years audit experience preferably with a firm of Certified Public Accountants – experience in auditing financial institutions will be of added advantage.
