Job Title: Senior Personnel Officer
REF: HRM/EOC/2011/02
Reports to: Principal Personnel Officer
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handling all personnel matters pertaining to recruitment, promotion, training and development and managing exit
• Handling staff performance appraisals/ assessment
• Handling salary changes and benefits in accordance with the guiding principles and laws
• Reviewing Job Descriptions for posts in the Commission
Person Specifications:
• A masters Degree in industrial and Organization psychology or Human Resource Management, Management science, Development Studies, Public Administration, Business Administration
The following Competencies are required:
• Managing employee performance
• Excellent communication skills
• Employee relations skills
• Computer literacy
• Ethics and integrity
