Job Title: Manager Education & WASH (2)
Duty Station: Pader and Nwoya
Reports to: Program Manager
Responsibilities:
• Plans and implements activities and/or facilities implementation of education & Wash projects
• Ensures monitoring and reporting of projects in line with donor requirements
• Manages finances and expenditures according to the budget
• Contributes to preparation and planning of projects and provide in put for new appraisals
• Motivates and stimulates and supervises staff working on allocated projects
Requirements:
• Good management, planning, communication, writing and facilitation skills
• Excellent command of English
• Inventive, creative and enthusiastic person
• Willingness to live and work in Nwoya district
Person Profile:
For the above position we are looking for a stable personality, who enjoys working with little supervision and in a dynamic environment. S/He should have the ability to endure some hardship
