Job Title: Senior Research Fellow
Reports to: Executive director

Minimum Qualifications and other requirements
• A PhD
• A minimum of four (4) years of proven experience in research
• A minimum of five(5) new publications in referred journals
• Intellectual contribution in the area of specialization

Area of Specialization:
• Candidates must fall within any of the following areas of specialization
• Political Studies
• Political economy
• Historical Narratives
• Cultural Studies

Duties and Responsibilities:
• To publish a minimum of two articles a year
• To participate in writing of at least one policy brief annually in the area of specialization
• To participate in the planning a MISR workshop and book publication annually
