JOB TITLE: Innovations and Knowledge translation (IKT) Officer
DEPARTMENT: Principal’s Office

DURATION: 12 Months renewable
REPORTS TO: Principal, MakCHS

College of Health Sciences: IKT Officer (1 Position)

Makerere University College of Health Sciences (MakCHS) is seeking for a dynamic individual with strong advocacy, leadership and writing experience to support structural changes at the College aimed at promoting the innovations and knowledge translation work and name of (MakCHS).



Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
? Thorough knowledge of the English language including rules of composition and grammar, punctuation and spelling.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills.
? Basic knowledge of health science research methodologies, conduct and supervision.
? Experience in managing communications campaigns, developing publications with demonstrable marketing techniques.
